Fishing (daylight)
« Thread started on: Jul 5th, 2005, 11:47pm » |

Sid was humming idly to the music 'Feel Good Inc.' that was blaring on his cheap-ass radio. He was sitting on one of the piers clutching a stick with a string attached to it in his own version of a fishing rod. He swayed his dangling legs back and forth along with the music.
His stomach rumbled.
"Ain't there any fish in this river?!" He suddenly cried out.

Sef approached him from behind and kicked his head roughly. "Moron... How can you get any fish by scaring them all away with your ugly voice?"
The blonde stared at his darker-haired brother in annoyance, once again questioning why he was related to someone so stupid.

Illyya passed by and stopped. She opened her red eyes and looked over at the two...knowing that she would not actually see them..and tilted her head.

Illyya heard the clanking and moved away from the noise.

"You still kick like a girl!" Sid exclaimed and turned his head slightly to grin at his brother. "Twin brooooooooo! Now that you're here, you can buy me some grub!"
Then he heard something metallic roll his way and he looked down to see a pair of beer cans. "Hey cool! Free beers!" He grabbed them and opened one. He chugged down the beer in one gulp. He greedily kept the other beer, obviously meant for his brother, in his tight grasp.
He was human... so he did not detect where the other newcomers were.

Sef sneered down at Sid at his disgusting display. "Even as a human... you never change." He could smell two strange inhuman scents from behind him.
He turned his head to acknowledge where they hid with a raised, condescending eyebrow before turning to kick his brother on the head again. "Greedy ass! Gimme the other one!"

Sid just popped the other can open and drank it empty, still unfazed by the kick.
He stood up and threw his 'fishing rod' at the water. He paused to look at his cheap-ass radio and kicked it over the pier, grinning at the music gurgling as it sank under.
He picked up his fur-lined, brown leather coat that deceptively hid the sowed-on, gray wolf pelt inside. He was a special kind of wiccan. A wolf shaman. He had the ability to turn into a lycan if he turned his coat inside-out and wear the wolf-pelt outside. He only had 60% the capabilities of a lycan though... and he depended mostly on his magic.

Sef eyed his twin's coat and cocked a questioning eyebrow at him. "You finally made one huh?"

"Yep!" Sid looked mighty pleased as he held up his coat proudly. "It took a while but I think I mastered the art. Hey! Have you seen Amelia? I'm supposed to give her hers."

"Somebody mentioned my name?" Amelia drawled from behind Sef, her arms crossed across her chest-- her sunglasses in place to protect her vampiric eyes from the sun. But despite the protection, they hurt like hell, and she had to squint to see properly.
She looked over Sef's broad shoulders and saw his darker-haired, grinning reflection. "Sid!" She exclaimed happily and jumped into his massive arms enthusiastically. "You finally made it!"

Sef's face darkened when Amelia arrived. When she moved past him to leap into Sid's arms, he snorted in disgust.
"Great... Now I've got two morons to babysit..."

"Who's asking you to babysit us, baby brother?" Sid retorted smartly, reminding him that he was the youngest of the three of them. Then he returned his sole attention on his favorite girl and crushed the smaller form in his arms.
"Amelia!" He crowed happily and buried his face on her neck. "Damn! I miss ya!"

"Hey! I'm OLDER than you now, idiot!" Sef responded sharply. "As a human you're still 23 even if you hibernated for decades!"
He scowled as he watched his brother hug Amelia enthusiastically and couldn't help but envy Sid at the moment. But his pride and his supposedly hatred for women gave him no room to give in to the urge to join in.

"Whatever man!" Sid smirked obnoxiously. He knew his brother well so he made a show of nuzzling Amelia affectionately. "Hey bro... Don't you want some of this too?" He leered and grinded his hips against the woman against him.
